Sara Schulting Kranz is a recognized authority on resilience, leadership, and navigating transformational change. An extreme adventurer and executive coach, she has led hundreds of clients on leadership retreats in the Grand Canyon—guiding executives, elite teams, and the USC men’s water polo program—and famously supporting a female blind para athlete as she set a world record crossing the canyon.

A bestselling author, speaker, and workshop facilitator, Sara began “again” at age 40 after experiencing profound personal trauma. Through that journey, she discovered that while adversity is inevitable, learning to meet change with courage is a skill few are ever taught. Today, she helps individuals and organizations turn challenge into possibility—cultivating cultures grounded in resilience, collaboration, creativity, and human connection.

Drawing on more than three decades of personal development work and research, Sara has developed a proven resilience and change framework that has empowered thousands—from athletes to Fortune 500 executives—to move forward boldly in their lives, teams, and organizations.
