Meghan French Dunbar is a workplace strategist and “business anthropologist” who studies organizations to uncover practical, human-centered solutions that make work better for everyone. An author, entrepreneur, and sought-after speaker, her insights have influenced more than a million people worldwide.

Her book This Isn’t Working debuted on August 5, 2025, as the #1 Amazon new release in Women in Business and #2 in Workplace Culture—ultimately becoming a best-seller in both categories. Before that, she co-founded Conscious Company Magazine, the first nationally distributed U.S. print publication dedicated to impact-driven business. During her tenure, she interviewed more than 1,000 business leaders, led the company through a successful acquisition in 2017, and continued as CEO until 2020.

Today, Meghan partners with leadership teams at organizations such as Coach, Kate Spade, Leonard Green, and Charter Next Generation to build dignified, engaged, high-performing cultures. Her thought leadership regularly appears in outlets including Forbes, Fast Company, and Inc.

Meghan lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Jack and Atty.
