His career includes senior roles with Princess Cruises, Silversea, Seabourn, The World of ResidenSea, and Oceania Cruises, and most recently as Head of Hotel Operations for the launch and development of Explora Journeys. Today, he advises cruise lines, destinations, high-end suppliers, and luxury lifestyle brands through his global consultancy, JAG Hospitality.
