Alexandra Pelka is an international expert in complex supply chain management, ESG reporting, SDG compliance, and organizational change management. As the founder of AP Projects, she leads ESG due diligence, lifecycle assessments, data analysis, and sustainability reporting, guiding companies through every stage of their compliance and transparency journey. Her work ensures alignment with global standards and regulations while addressing the unique needs of diverse industries and sectors.
Alexandra serves as a sector expert for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Initiative on Traceability and Transparency in the footwear and garment sector, where she contributes to the development of a universal data-collection and reporting standard powered by blockchain technology.
In 2022, she joined the climate and carbon finance consultancy Cibola Partners as a partner and now oversees Business Development and Environmental Products. In this role, she collaborates with project developers and buyers to facilitate transparent carbon transactions and strategically match high-quality climate projects with organizational needs.
A board member of multiple organizations, Alexandra is also a Lead Auditor for several internationally recognized certification schemes, including ISO 14001, SA8000, ISO 21401, Equiplanet, Equalitas, and Italy’s Equal Opportunities certification (Parità di Genere). Her work continues to advance global sustainability by integrating rigorous standards, transparent data, and responsible business practices.
