Ramesh Sadhwani brings nearly five decades of distinguished hospitality leadership shaped by his tenure with Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons, Wynn/Encore Las Vegas, and Caesars Entertainment. As General Manager and Vice President of Hotel Operations, he played key roles in opening two Four Seasons resorts and supporting the launch of Encore Las Vegas—experiences that deepened his commitment to operational excellence, service culture, and developing high-performing teams.
